Don't buy hisence leave well alone
Got this washing machine just before Xmas, as i needed it quickly, so I thought I have "hisence" TV, 2nd one. And surround sound there great 100% . So I thought I'd get washing machine all same make. I totally hate it washed 1 sheet few tops 2 towels wasn't even ¼ full at the end of wash I went to get clothes out they was still soaked so put it on a spin that did nothing, after few attempts doing this that & other I got nowhere, found out bit paper of faults ect it said it could be of balance!! Like to much in, or towels where there wet machine can't even out the weight. My old LG weight as well I never had that problem ! In 15 years I had it. AND IT was bit smaller 9kg hisence is 12kg should of stayed with the LG.

Great washing machine
Took a little time to review, as I wanted to see how it performed. The spin cycle is very quiet, lots of different programs which take a little getting used to. There is a favourites setting where you can save your most used cycles, which is helpful. Our washing machine is in the garage so how it looks wasn’t really important, having said that it does look nice. Drum is bigger than my last so more efficient on energy I suppose.

Brilliant machines love that I can pause it and add more clothes if needed! 12 kg drum so if you have pets and children your able to wash rugs! So no more going to the launderette with rugs!

I bought this machine 12 months ago, it broke down on 22/11/2025, phoned help line to get repaired after phoning for 2hrs on 22/11 and then today 24/11/2025 I have phoned for another 3hrs without getting through on the help line number. I am disgusted with the after service and would not recommend this company to anyone.

Hisense are dreadful at honouring their warranties.
I had a machine die in 20 days and they insisted on sending an engineer rather than replacing it immediately under the consumer rights act.
The EVENTUAL replacement had a fault, behind the drum the tub cracked and a piece of plastic or ceramic perforated the seal.
Hisense determined that it somehow was my fault and refused to repair it. I had to get my credit card company to refund me based on my evidence.
DONT BUY HISENSE WHITE GOODS!

No – this is not covered. Our warranty covers Technical Manufacturing Faults only, so damage caused by misuse, environment or accident is not covered. This is the same for all manufacturers.
Usually, drum and/or tub damage occurs when users load coins, nails, pens, and other non-clothing items into their machine accidentally – they may leave things in pockets, or gather clothes together and inadvertently pick up other items. These items will occasionally get trapped between the inner metal drum and the outer plastic tub and may puncture a hole through or severely damage one of them. This is not covered by our warranty.
