Spin function a big let down
Washing comes out fresh unfortunately the spin function is a let down. Even though the max 1400 is used the washing is still wet to touch rather than damp. Not sure the drum is 12kg as it doesn’t take in much more than my previous 9kg. Should have listened to the reviews about spin function. The drawer is stiff to open.

Hisense are dreadful at honouring their warranties.
I had a machine die in 20 days and they insisted on sending an engineer rather than replacing it immediately under the consumer rights act.
The EVENTUAL replacement had a fault, behind the drum the tub cracked and a piece of plastic or ceramic perforated the seal.
Hisense determined that it somehow was my fault and refused to repair it. I had to get my credit card company to refund me based on my evidence.
DONT BUY HISENSE WHITE GOODS!

No – this is not covered. Our warranty covers Technical Manufacturing Faults only, so damage caused by misuse, environment or accident is not covered. This is the same for all manufacturers.
Usually, drum and/or tub damage occurs when users load coins, nails, pens, and other non-clothing items into their machine accidentally – they may leave things in pockets, or gather clothes together and inadvertently pick up other items. These items will occasionally get trapped between the inner metal drum and the outer plastic tub and may puncture a hole through or severely damage one of them. This is not covered by our warranty.
