Great value for money
Happy with the product so far. My first heat pump dryer, so far so good. Unfortunate design of the door handle as doesn't quite fit into my storage. Great dust filter, much better than my previous dryer.

All I ever wanted

It has reverse tumble which is the most amazing feature and ensures that washing doesn’t end up in a tangled mess of part dried clothing. I could not find this feature on any other dryer. Have told all my friends because no one thinks about it as an option.

Great dryer and energy effient too

I wondered if this would dry clothes as well as my previous machine, well this is even better at drying and costs less to run, we couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Reversible door feature should by removed from description
The door reverse option should be take off, it is not suitable for consumers to do, very badly designed with terrible instructions that really do not help.

Quality Product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new AEG heat pump tumble dryer works beautifully. Every load so far has come out dry in one cycle (our old condenser we would have to turn back on again) and the clothes are less creased. The also feel softer than after tumble drying before too. Perhaps the lower heat used in a heat pump dryer makes this seem that way.
