The customer service doesn’t exist
The Argos app is great, the Argos website is super, the products range is fantastic, the process to check out amazing and then you go over to collect your items and the customer service doesn’t exit, it feels like you walked in a cemetery, you collected your items and ran out cause you’re not welcome there yet. Jesus, Argos, do something with your employees, train them, motivate them, pay them better, etc as I have never had a pleasant experience buying from you (and checked out multiple times) apart from one person you had employed at some point in Reading and this person had a stutter when he talks but he is the live proof that customer service can be done with perfection. All the rest is just not suitable for retail.
