Does it’s job
I bought this product a month ago, it is fine but extremely slow. Its battery life fine, lasts around 3 hours. It is very easy to bring around as it is lightweight and the screens display is very clear. But it runs rather slowly, even on good internet.

Nice laptop for the mature user!
Bought for an online course to do at home. Nice and light in feel and product but still has a sturdy feel to it. Battery and connectivity to bluetooth and wifi very good. Comes with a year of 365 Microsoft and McAfee Personal Security. Nice feeling keyboard with large lettering and now the obligatory AI button (which I love) Using this feature to tidy up CVs, emails etc. to make them look and sound more professional. Display is also good. Overall, performance is very good. A laptop that is simple for me to use, bought at a very good price of £149.00.
