The supplier has advised the following for the HP 14s-dq3001na 14in Intel Celeron 4GB 64GB Laptop - Black:
"The 64 GB storage is eMMC rather than SSD. They have a lot of similarities in that the are both solid state types of storage and are faster when compared to traditional hard disk drives. SSD is the faster of the two. eMMC tends to get used for drives up to 64GB whereas for most laptops, SSD starts at 128 GB."

Turning S-Mode off will allow you to do this, however for converting, it will take a long time due to the lack of power to allow this to happen.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the HP 14s-dq3001na 14in Intel Celeron 4GB 64GB Laptop - Black: ''CrIcut Design Space requires Windows 11 S. If you purchase a laptop with Windows 11 S you will have to switch out of S into full Windows 11 which is a free process.''
