Bluefin vibration plate
Great vibration plate. Easy to move around. Good for your lymphatic drainage. Stretch bands come with it. Lots of exercises you can do. Well worth the money. I’m 70 years old.

Bluefin Ultra slim vibration plate.
I only bought this recently so can't comment on the long term health benefits. The vibration plate is portable and doesn't take up too much room. There doesn't seem to be much difference in speed in the different levels so I suppose it is best to choose one you feel happy with. The resistance bands are too short to be much use so I'm using my own. The elastic cords that attach to the sides of the plate, knock against the plate while it is on so I don't use them while the machine is vibrating. Overall I am happy with my purchase so far.

Great vibration plate
I bought this three months ago, and I’m absolutely delighted with my purchase. Since using it regularly, I have managed to lose weight, my circulation has improved, I’m sleeping much better, and my digestive system is working more efficiently too. Brilliant buy. Great value for money. Can be used anywhere. Just plug in and go. Very sturdy. Works really well. Does just the same as those huge ones that take up tons of space. Good to have a few resistance bands and handles included along with sheeet showing various exercises you can try. Been using for two weeks daily and can already see a difference. Lots of adjustable programming, vibration and speed to suit. Quite compact so easy to store. Arrived very quickly within 4 days. Definitely recommend.

The Bluefin Ultra Slim Full Body Vibration Plate may be used on carpet if the carpet is flat, dense and short/low pile.
This is the information I have found on the instructions for the vibration plate:
Unbox your Bluefin vibration plate and place it on a flat, hard surface. If the surface is slightly uneven, adjust the feet under the plate. If you live in a flat or an apartment building we recommend placing a yoga mat or rug beneath the plate to absorb any noise. Bluefin fitness plates are very quiet but all vibration plates make at least some noise.
