In order to slush, you need at least 4% of sugar in the mixture for the right texture, but other alternatives such as Honey, Maple Syrup, Agave and Coconut Sugar can be used if you don`t prefer to add sugar in your drinks.
We recommend Erythritol as the best sweetener alternative for the slushy machine. It will freeze normally.
This product has a total of 1890ml maximum liquid capacity.
