A must for any Ninjago fan!

We really enjoyed making this fabulous set. As with any lego set the instructions were easy to follow and it’s as enjoyable to create it as it is to play with it. As well as the dragon and the robot, four figures are also included which is a bonus for game play. We enjoyed the moving parts of the dragon especially its tail and its mouth with the illusion of the flames. We also liked that the robot could sit on the dragon and you could pop one of the figures inside which offers even more gameplay. This set is a must for any Ninjago fan : )

Fun idea and great execution!

This is a very cool set. The concept of a humanoid mech riding a robot dragon is very fun, and the execution doesn’t disappoint.

Great final product

This took around 4 hours to build at a leisurely pace. The instructions are all clear. There are 6 main bags of pieces, with six small bags of little pieces in each. It comes with 4 Lego characters, a large character and the dragon. Three large character can be mounted on the dragon and it is free standing. Some bespoke parts, including graphics, which is nice. Internal packaging was plastic, rather than paper, which is a little disappointing with many sets moving to paper. Usual great quality you'd expect from Lego.

Another great product from Lego with hours of fun for the children and I can add adults as well. The pack like always comes well organised and easy to build with quality pieces and instructions. Overall a very good set to add to the collection

Dragon Rider

I always love Ninjago by lego. It has got 584 pcs and its Rouge's Mech dragon rider. It took 2 hours for me and my son to complete it. Very good for with whole family to build that is quite favourite of your character.

Highly Detailed Set of Dragon, Mech & 4 Figures

Ninjago Dragon’s Rising is a highly detailed LEGO set that is perfect for anyone who is a fan of the Ninjago characters, or Dragon’s in general. I was very impressed by how some of the LEGO pieces were used to create the look of this Dragon and Mech. The creature has so many stunning features that include stickered parts and plastic wings, as well as an awesome skull with teeth and flames. The robot (Mech) dragon rider is filled with nice parts usage and unique features too. It has a cool weapon and several moving parts. The set contains four LEGO figures too all with amazingly detailed costumes and weaponry. The attention to detail with dragon carvings and swords is incredible. Due to some pages of the instructions being quite complex, I would say the age range was appropriate, however even an eight year old might need an adult overseeing some of the pieces applications. This is because of the size of the build mainly, it would be hard for small hands to hold and fit certain sections together I feel. It is definitely worth the couple of hours necessary to make this set up though. It would help give imagination to any child who enjoys this genre and has hours of playability. My favourite aspects of this set are the details and the design of the two main builds. They look both unique and inviting with their colours and shapes. The characters are awesome figures each with their own style and weapons distinctive to them. Overall this LEGO is easy to complete, with 6 separate bags of bricks, one small sheet of stickers, two booklets to follow and the sheet of plastic add on’s (wings and shoulder cape). There are a couple of pieces of the build which are easy to knock off during play. My son was happy to test this out for me, and although they are easy to click back into place be aware of that when letting your child play especially if there are smaller children or pets in the home. The Mech robot only stands up well on a flat surface if it’s not on top of the Dragon, so playing with it on carpet might be an issue for this build. To combat this you could put some flat LEGO pieces (if you have any spares in your home) on to the base of its feet. Would I recommend this LEGO set? Yes I absolutely would do. My son can’t wait to play with it more and thinks the Dragon looks awesome.

Very well made figures and And great Value

LEGO mech and dragon toy suitable for boys or girls, age 8 and over, My grandson has been playing for hours with it,you can play with the posable figures They have movable arms and legs, an opening chest for a minifigure and a sword, the dragon toy includes posable wings, head, jaw, legs, tail my grandson loves playing with it overall, I think it has great play value to keep the children entertained

Great, well packed box, with all bits of Lego numbered makes it so much easier on what bag you need next. It took myself and my son around a hour to build this. Instructions was clear and very easy to follow. Great piece of LEGO

Good kit with multiple characters.

Lego is Lego. You know what you are going to get . It’s a good kit. Has a few characters which is nice. Looks ok once built. Takes a couple of hours to build. Not too many stickers to stress you out. It’s quite robust once built but there are a couple of smaller parts that do seem to drop off even if just moving it slightly. All in all an ok kit for the price.
