A great phone for a reasonable price
I've been using this phone for 3 weeks and I'm very happy with it, it was easy to set up and didn't take long to transfer data from my old phone. The battery lasts longer than my old phone even tho I stream and play games, I charge it overnight just for security but believe it can last longer. I haven't taken any photos as yet but used the camera to scan which works as expected. I am pleased with the display as I can easily see battery percentage etc.

I bought this a few weeks ago. The phone has some really good features that I like such as camera, dual sim, sleek slim look but being let down by the battery. Although for the price, it is still ok.

returned to the store, after 2 days the volume i calls had faded to almost nothing and I'm sure there was an issue with battery leaking or something as there was some residue and a funny smell to it. The colours weren't as bright as on my old phone and the camera quality wasn't as good but for the price I guess this is to be expected.

Fantastic phone for very day use
I hate buying a new mobile phone with all the bother of transferring all my information over but I found My new Motorola G56 5G very easy to transfer between my old mobile and the new one, infact it tells you what to do very step of the way making it really easy. The battery last a long time and is quite fast to recharge, the camera is much better than my old Motorola and has some excellent features, the display and performance of the phone is also very good. I don't do games but this is a Fantastic phone for very day use

Superb quality, absolutely unbelievable value.
Really pleased. I broke my A34 5g. Was looking at all sorts of options but kept coming back to this. I had a Moto G3 back in the day and that was great. Loving this. The fingerprint reader is nice, build quality is great. I've had no issues with the camera. In good light it is very nice. Battery and screen are superb. I just can't believe how much more one would have to spend to get an equivalent Samsung. Really please I went with it. It came with a case as well.

Motorola UK lists Motorola g56 5G with a single slot with space for both a SIM card and a micro SD installed at the same time in addition to a built in eSIM.
The maximum capacity of the micro SD card is 2TB.
The Argos answer is incorrect it deff has a micro SD card slot in the SIM tray. I own one.
