Lovely machine does lots but a bit disappointing that it doesn’t keep the ice cream frozen you have to use it all quite quickly. I thought it would keep things cold

Awful don’t buy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Spindle doesn’t work and falls off in ice cream ruining the mixture. Contacted Shark and took a week for them to respond. Then had to tell them all the same info again and the auto response says they’ll get back to me in 7 days. So that’s now best parts of three weeks, wasted ice cream base and no doubt the summer holidays will be over before I get this sorted. Not happy.

Waste of money
Second week is coming since I start to use the Ice cream machine. Waste of money. It doesn’t freeze, so it’s pointless. I have to make ice cream and put it in fridge for min. 12 hours. I could buy quicker in shop.

Ice cream for breakfast!!
The machine is a bit complicated at first. But once you’ve got it all sorted, it’s ice cream every day!! One of my favourites is a creation of mine. I make a vanilla frozen Greek yogurt with muesli, honey and vanilla. It’s amazing! As a diabetic, it’s a lovely treat that makes me feel like I’m cheating!!

Purchased Friday took to a BBQ on the Saturday, after only trying the easy option, ice cream in the freezer! Making it into soft serve. WOW! How easy is that. I bought cones sweetie bit and pieces and of course sherbet. And yes ready made ice cream. Fill the containers with ice cream, a 4 min prosses and then showing off with a swirly soft ice cream. PERFECT. I have frozen some ready made custard and looking forward to making it soft scoop. Having 6 Grandchildren and 6 Great Granchildren, it made my day. The adults all wanted a go at of the maker itself, all competing for the best swirl. So much fun for all. Love it

Amazing machine
Myself and my family love this ice cream maker. I’ve made my own ice cream as well as using a pre mix liquid and they both work. The mix in selection works well too. We love the way you can turn the ice cream into a Mr Whippy if you choose. I haven’t tried all the functions on this yet but I am excited to try them.
