Great Steam Mop
The Shark Pocket Steam Mop is easy to use and heats up very quickly. I use it on tiled and laminate floors and it leaves them clean and fresh without needing any chemicals. It’s lightweight, easy to manoeuvre, and the washable pads are a big plus. The water tank is a bit small but easy to refill. Overall, a very effective mop that makes cleaning much quicker. Would recommend.

Waste of money
I bought this about a month ago. The reviews were so positive so I went for it....it's a total waste of money! The mop leaves my floors soaking wet. I have to go over the floor with a towel which just causes extra work. It's better to use the mop and bucket. I don't know how all these people are saying it leaves the floor clean and doesn't take long to dry. My floor is soaking within a minute of using the steam mop, even though I leave it on the lowest steam setting. On top of that if I don't go over the floor with a dry towel I have horrible water marks all over the floor. I am so disappointed and wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Yes, on sealed tile and sealed grout the S1000UK can help lift dirt from grout lines, though very caked grout may need a grout brush for full restoration. Use only on sealed hard floors, patch test first, and do not hold the mop in one spot or scrub one area for an extended time.
The Dirt Grip Pads can be washed in a machine separately with warm water and liquid detergent. Avoid using bleach, powdered detergent, or fabric softeners, as these may damage or leave a coating on the Dirt Grip Pads that will reduce their cleaning performance and absorbency. They should be line-dried or tumble-dried on a low setting.
