Nice ad server TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hardware technically OK a couple of weeks in from new. Quite difficult to navigate but I guess you get used to that. I welcome the WebOS browser which enables opening iPlayer without the app. My overall impression however is that the whole system is just an ad server. It wants to know your location, personal details, etc and you can guess that all this info ends up in a corporate database and they are not secure, no such thing exists. It has taken some time to unhook Google and the like. I would have preferred a plain vanilla TV with the option to 'smart' it, not with all the apps preloaded which grab information long before you can work out how to block them.

Great looking tv
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture quality is excellent, cannot comment on sound as I have it connected to a home theater sound system. Easy to set up with a flexible home page so you only see the apps applicable to you

AnnExcellent TV, more than competitively priced.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this TV for a few weeks now and had time to judge it against my other TV brands products, I'm happy to say im really impressed with this product. For the money, and given that LG are now offering a trade-in scheme, the quality and functionality is excellent. It's picture and sound settings are heavily based on AI (which could debatabily be called gimmicky) but you can easy manually adjust these to your own tastes. I bought this TV to replace an aged (11 yo) Samsung which despite its age, had an excellent picture however, as a smart TV it's days had long passed meaning I was having to use a Firestick instead. This LG TV has replaced both with flying colours, I competely happy with it.

Excellent picture and value. Good remote.
Picture quality is stunning with almost OLED like blacks. OLED is better of course, but it's marginal in many cases. Sound is good, but I use a simple 2.0 speaker setup using the Optical output. Works perfectly. User interface is very very fast compared with other (admittedly older) TVs. Magic remote also works very well and is a welcome replacement for LG's previous poor remote offering. 5/5

Good one
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great picture, not as good as OLED but then it's a lot cheaper. Disappointed with bluetooth sound, seems a bit crackly sometimes. Overall happy with it though.

LGTV.
Okay, this TV is not quite up to what I was expecting. Very poor sound quality and the picture is not great but this could be because I’ve got an OLEDTV which is miles better wish I could take it back.

Good all around
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought 2 months ago very good all round. Only wish there was a U app
