The Philips series 5000 beard trimmer gives you the even and precise trim you want when creating your 3-day stubble, short, or long beard look. Perfect for stubble, the beard trimmer features our Lift and Trim PRO system, allowing you to trim your stubble in fewer strokes. It lifts and guides low-lying hair towards the sharp metal blades for a precise and even trim.
The double-sharpened stainless-steel blades allow the Philips beard trimmer to cut and trim even the thickest beards with fewer strokes. These self-sharpening blades brush against each other for long-lasting sharpness and no need for oil.
With 40 lock-in length settings from 0.4-20mm, get an even trim for any length of beard or stubble with the adjustable zoom wheel.

This is a replacement for a similar Philips product bought a number of years ago. These are very reliable, long battery life, precise beard trimmers which I also sometimes use as clippers. Excellent product at great value.

A good quality trimmer with a useful range of attachments. Once charged the trimmer lasts for several weeks if you only need to trim weekly. It has a wide range of lengths, fits nicely in the hand and is of robust quality. Alan R

Maunly good
Product is good and does its job well. Instruction manual is almost non-existent. The purpose and use of some of its parts not explained. With an adaptor it adjusts cut from 0 to 10mm. Then with second adaptor adjusts from 10 to 20mm. A third adaptor to give a cutting length of 20 to 30mm would be desirable as I let part of my beard grow beyond 20mm and have to use scissors.

I would have purchased the Philips BT5260/33 Series 5000 Waterproof Dual Sided Beard Trimmer but they are no longer produced, I have now got used to the new alternative but the swivel head was better on the old one.
