The Argos Home Elmdon Kingsize Divan Bed helps organise your bedroom while providing comfortable sleep and practical storage. It's a complete bed set that includes a medium-feel open coil mattress and a two-drawer divan base, designed for everyday use in kingsize bedrooms. The 325-spring mattress provides balanced support for restful nights, with a soft quilted damask cover that feels pleasant against bedding. The divan base adds two built-in storage drawers, useful for spare bedding, out-of-season clothing, or anything you'd rather keep out of sight.
The no-turn mattress simplifies maintenance, just rotate it regularly to keep wear even. Chrome feet give the base a clean finish and lift it slightly for easier floor cleaning. The divan arrives in two pieces for straightforward setup, with minimal assembly needed. Drawers are positioned on both sides of the bed for flexible access. The natural finish works well with a variety of bedroom styles. It supports up to 203kg and comes with a one-year manufacturer's guarantee.

Not a bad short notice purchase!!
I purchased this bed a month ago for a small spare room in my house, and after reading the reviews. Delivery was on time, and one of the delivery men kindly helped me take it upstairs. Assembly was very easy and took 15mins. I tried it out - the mattress is very basic in that the springs give very little support, a bit of a roll when you move on it, but strangely is comfortable to lie on!! Two overnight family members slept on the bed and had no complaints. I will put a mattress topper on for added comfort. The divan drawers work well with lots of storage and are a good depth, but can keep opening at times by themselves as the runners have nothing to stop them doing so. This really is my only complaint. Fits lovely in the space provided and for what l need it for. Just need a headboard now. I would recommend this if you are on a budget, assembles easily, and if you need something at short notice like l did. Not sure how long it will last long term , but it is only to used as a guest bed.

Flimsy and made cheaply
Poorly made of the cheapest materials. One of the joints was opened up, had to reinforce with a woodscrew. OK for an occasional guest bed (why we bought it) but wouldn't last long in use every day.

The bed is extremely comfortable. The mattress is not to soft. I'm 6ft 3ins tall and it's long enough and very wide for a single bed. Cushions my bad back perfectly. Springs perfect. Looks and feels it will last. Love the bed.

Real value for your money!
This bed and mattress combo is excellent value for money. I have two more drawers now(both great sizes) which are easy to access and the runners are smooth. The mattress is sprung and of medium support which is just right for comfort and I think, durability. I would be happy to recommend this to anyone.

It only fits onto one of the bases, but you can flip them round if required 180ª.
