Avoid if you want accurate readings.
I bought this a few weeks ago and at first thought it was great. As the days went on it was becoming more inaccurate, it was stating that my stress levels were high which therefore had a knock on effect of my body battery and other factors. I went for a run and again my heart rate was incorrectly being monitored, the reason I know this was wrong was due to using a more expensive Garmin watch which showed my stress levels lower and also my heart rate on runs more accurate. I did not see the point of this watch once I realised it was giving me incorrect information, so have now returned this product. I bought this based on good battery, easy to use interface and connectivity which to be fair it was, but I also wanted good tracking which this watch failed on.
