I am 90 years old so was so pleased I was able to set up my new Samsung tv un aided. I did find difficulty in sourcing my Virgin Media supplier but realised the correct use of the HDMI connection made all the difference, so problem solved Not yet sure how to use all the default programms/apps available but looking forward to trying a;;

Stuck in a Samsung Doom Loop
It's a TV. It does what it says on the tin. It's bright and colourful and you can watch and hear moving pictures. Shame they're not the ones I want. If you make the mistake of registering your product with Samsung, Samsung Smart TV plus becomes the default home screen and channels and whatever I do, I can't get to the sports channels I've signed up to through a different provider.

I really like my new tv,the picture quality is very good,the colour is great , I'm not very keen on the remote control its to small and the writing on it is far too small,I don't understand what the second remote for but the tv itself is very good.

OK but.........
Set up is easy, sound is great but am disappointed with the colour. Looking face on to the screen the colours are fine but step 1 metre to the right or left the colours fade. Move further away the colours really fade- reds become pink and other dark colours become pale.

"I can confirm the TV does have free view." They add that, to access Freeview channels, that you please ensure you have a TV aerial connected and run an auto tune from your TV settings.
