Excitement to disappointment
I love the size of TV,43” Samsung smart TV, but l’m so disappointed in the lack of quality of the picture. I expected TV to be sharpe and clear, it is not. Also just as bad, as it was a Christmas present, it was over the 26 days to return it. My utmost concern is this TV in the long term can damage my sight by watching a poor quality picture. Can’t afford to buy a new TV. Utterly disappointed

Fab TV for the price
this TV is fabulous we are very pleased with it. we looked at others in the range ie more expensive, but decided we did not need 4K Qled etc as we would not notice any difference. very pleased we chose this one. Only problem with it was the remote didnt work and neither Samsung or Argos could replace one. Argos suggested sending a complete order of TV and to take out the remote and send the TV back. I refused this and ordered one from Amazon which came next day and cost £6.

Good picture and sound. Easy to set up. Now the annoying bits. Have to download "smart things" app and connect to work with Alexa! Has built in voice recognition "but Bixby" but unable to use because smart remote sent with set has no microphone! Cheapskates. Also had real pain connecting my pc. It reset my display to multiple monitors which stopped apps opening. Took days to track down problem and fix. Apps on screen ok but take a while to get used to. Overall good replacement for my last TV that died.
