Terrible product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely the worst product I have ever bought. The instructions are terrible. The mount that comes withe product is nearly as bad as Kier Starmer and Rachael Reeves, totally not fit for purpose. Avoid buying this product to protect your sanity.

I love my TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Connection simple enough for someone simple as me and as old as me - display great - I'm no techno, but resolution I am still working on this, but I will get there in my own time, on my own. I do love all the screen savers. - still working on the smart features - have a sound bar which I have not set up yet -- In the winter I can spend the early dark nights sorting all that out, I know such a sad life, I should get out more, but I am working on that too! and still waiting for my Carpenter to fit it on the wall.... 3 months now, looks like I may have to do that too. Its my 70th Birthday treated myself .... 'Thank you Kate,I love it' . 'Oh you are welcome, Kate' Oh I added a frame and fitted that myself took me 60 second.

Happily surprised, picture quality could be better
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was genuinely concerned about the picture quality when buying this. I made the purchase for the art mode but felt the tv is quite expensive compared to others. But I'm genuinely quite pleased. This does everything I wanted it to do, picture quality isnt as good as my other 4 year old TV but is better than I had expected. I haven't noticed anything with AI and my only other gripe is the home screen (I would love to have it more simple).

Stunning TV for breakout room
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought TV without too much expectations, but I was really impressed with the interface system, it is fast and responsive, connectivity options are good and easy to set up. I have had Samsung TVs in this past and they become slower as time go by which in the end I had to buy a 3rd device to support the TVs interface. So far this has been a great addition to to the break out room that it currently sits in, and I like the frame function when TV is not in use and the fact that I don't need to worry about screen burn issues.

Love this TV, it blends right into our room
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can't say a bad thing about our frame. we wanted a TV in our bedroom that didn't look like a TV? We don't have a socket any where near where we wanted the TV so we purchased the Frame and put the one connect box in one of the dressing table draws and have it all hidden away. the bezel goes with the decor too which makes it blend in. with the anti glare screen it makes the art look truly real and make it look like it's almost coming out of the screen especially if it's a oil painting. Installing it is very easy if you have some knowledge about installing TVs, all we have left to do is tuck the one connect cable behind the wall so it's all hidden. If you have an OLED, this won't be able to compete with the black levels so if you're looking for a replacement for your frame, you'll be compromising on picture quality but as for aesthetics, nothing can top this. Love it!!!

Great picture quality

Disappointing
Beautiful looking TV and looked so nice on the wall. Sadly I had to return it because of the poor picture quality. I have a reasonably cheap TV that’s a few years old in the living room and the picture on that is better than this. After reading more reviews, lots of people say it’s definitely worth paying the extra for the Pro.
