These are beautiful medium sized earrings. The middle hoop contains one small diamond, the rest is patterned to look like stones. They are very comfortable and not heavy. They don't irritate my ears. I did find that one post was really tight to do up and the other a bit loose, but sorted it out with a pair of tweezers. I previously had the oval version but the heart shapes are much better. They can be worn for any occasion. You have to ask for a box as they always bring out the earrings in a plastic bag.
