Select the feature and the oven will heat up, once it has cooled down, wipe out the ash and you're done.
Easy Clean is for a quick clean, add 400ml soapy water in the bottom and the steam helps lift away residual food so that the oven can be wiped clean.
Hob features, depicted in the line drawing, are not included with this product.

Hot Stuff .
Everything good always used Neff ovens ,one good thing a bout this new model is the design of the on off and the temperature controls stronger and a lot better.

Few functions missing from other neff ovens
There a few items that make it not feel like an easy to use neff oven. Compared to other models we have had before. The dials are black, so make it hard to see where the dial is, and the groove in the dial doesn't make it that easy to feel where it is either. The screen is red, which all my other nerf appliances and prior ovens were white. Making it a bit glarey. No indication if how long the oven has been on so you have to get used to setting the timer. It does get hot quick though. And I am yet to use the pyrolytic self cleaning function, which I haven't had before. And this is why I bought the product in the first place.

Pity about the instructions being so complicated..
Whiolst I am delighted with my new oven, I had to ring Neff to get them to explain how to set the oven for automatic start/finish times. Quite unhelpful information, just reading from the manual, then telling me that during the "wait" time, the fan would be operational which is nonsense. Eventually, local Euronics engineer came and managed to show me how easy the settings actually were. Far too complicated in the manual - it could definitely be worded more simply.

On hindsight I would not have bought this product , its to ‘old fashioned’. Not enough digital features for oven temperatures and length of time on etc
