Spare bed for two? Roma to the rescue. Upholstered in a velvet fabric, our modern chair bed is a smart way to be prepared. Its day job is being a comfy chair. On the night shift, it transforms into a soft double bed. Clever. Either way, the foam and fibre wrapped cushions are great for relaxing. And the single button detail and tapered wooden legs add to its contemporary style.

Just what we needed
This chair is brilliant, looks great and is so versatile. Exactly what we needed and love that you can also fold it out with the back still up. Great for sleep overs and is comfortable too. It is slightly on the firmer side but nowhere as bad as some of the reviews that I’d read. Really glad we purchased it.

Ideal Guest Bed
Recently purchased to have a nice looking small sofa in my office which could then double up as a guest bed. Very easy to assemble and use. Probably not ideal as a double but makes a good size single. Very firm so additional padding suggested for sleeping!

What we were after but not a double!
Having read all the reviews I knew this was a small double. Thankfully it suits our needs as a sofa perfectly and we don’t need it as a bed- it’s very tight for two! A bit of ‘give’ in the material means the seated section can look wrinkly once sat on once or twice but that’s just the perfectionist in me wanting things just so. Zip can be seen when cushion is right against the back of the sofa, which is disappointing to see.

With the information available, a flat sheet would fit the bed. Generally flat sheets measure approximately L260, W180cm so would be long enough to tuck under. It would be personal preference on the size of the top covering, depending if you prefer bedding that drapes over or just fits.
