Found the fan to be amazing, gives good flow of air, has 3 speed levels also has 3 modes there is a mode for intermittent air flow also which mimics natural wind is good for the ones who don't want a constant air flow also night mode which switches if the beeps and led display, it comes with a remote control also. It's sturdy opens up for easy cleaning, but when putting the fan blades back on it can be tricky to align it. It can be used as desk fan or tall standing. It's not noisy either like nothing rattles on it.

Much better than cheaper fans, air seems cooler due to multiple blades. The remote control and timer are very handy for bedroom use and the motor is fairly quiet. Worth the extra price.

Sturdy Fan, easy enough to put together, plastic wrap was a pain between the base and base weight to get out but otherwise ok. Remote is handy and easy to use. Reasonably quiet to run on power 1. Good fan, definitely not a desk fan though as it says in title.

This is an excellent fan .. the further away you put it the better it works. I have it in my bedroom and I only put my air conditioner on once during the heatwave as the fan kept me cool enough .. there is a sleep function and a remote .. this is worth every penny and I will never go back to buying cheap desk fans!

Yes, it is possible to unscrew the base & pedestal poles taking them apart for storage. Please refer to the instruction manual for the correct assembly instructions when the fan is to be used again.

yes this fan can be disassembled The base is held with a large plastic screw nut to the pole and the pole comes apart in the middle However, the top part of the pole and the head of the fan does not come apart and the fan guard, being plastic may become loose fitting if being dis assembled often
The fan is powered by a standard 3 pin uk plug it does not have an internal battery The remote is powered by 2 AAA batteries not included
