Bought because it has cellular, which we needed
Purchased the A16 as it's the latest iPad on the market, being released just in March this year and needed one which could run off mobile data only, as we don't have a wifi capability where we live at the moment. As you would expect from an iPad it's sleek in design, quality build and is perfect size for out and about. Connected up to iPhone 15 pro max and a keyboard instantly also. There is a bit of confusion about having to have a plan with this, as you don't need a QR code or new plan, which did mean at first we would have returned if it was needed, You do need WI FI to set up the iPad initially, like with all Apple products we have found. Easy as you pop to your local coffee shop. I have paired this up with a typewriter style keyboard, for when at home and it's perfect for it. When out and about, have a case and separate keyboard case I will be buying, to make it into a mini laptop. Perfect!
