It’s a great all-round washing machine that delivers strong performance and is packed with useful features. The 9 kg drum is ideal for family loads, and the 1400 rpm spin leaves clothes much drier than my previous washer. The wash quality is excellent — clothes come out clean, fresh, and well cared for. The 6 Motion Direct Drive system seems to handle different fabrics really well, and the Steam function is brilliant for tackling allergens and giving bedding a deep clean. One of my favourite features is the LG ThinQ app. It’s very easy to set up and makes life simpler — I can start or monitor washes from my phone, get notifications when a cycle finishes, and even download extra programs. It adds a nice modern touch to the everyday routine. Design-wise, it looks sleek in the slate grey finish and feels solidly built. Despite the large 9 kg drum, it fits neatly into my kitchen space without sticking out — a perfect fit under the counter. It’s also very quiet, even during the spin cycle. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] An amazing machine, great results, went to register fr 5 year warranty but it wouldn't let me even although its advertised as you can, only other downside for me is I don't have WiFi so I'm unable to connect to the washing machine, but other than that, faultless.

Great build quality with modern technology
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you think you like finding out about, and being a user of, new technology, but you only tend to think about products such as phones, TVs, speakers, laptops etc then you're like me. Or at least like I was until a few weeks ago. Our new LG washing machine has opened my eyes to the fact that technology is everywhere, even in something as 'standard' as a washing machine. The way this bit of kit has slotted into our modern lives cannot be understated - the app, both in its functionality and also its user interface, is brilliant. Simple to use but full of features. We download the cycle we want to use, tweak any settings if we think we know better than LG (unlikely!) and then send it to the machine to start the cycle at a time of our choosing, it really is fantastic. On top of this, we love how it weighs the load at the start to fine tune the end time and also how it jiggles the clothes at the end to reduce creasing. The other thing we love is how quiet it is, even on a 1400 spin. It makes you wonder why other washing machines can't be like this. This is the kind of washing machine that almost makes you annoyed that you've been using something so bad for so long before finding this one. We absolutely love it.
