No charger: no power!
I bought it a month ago, but no charger or charger cable in the product. Connecting it to the switch or a phone charger only blinks red: not sufficient power to charge it. Beware you need to invest extra to find out if you can use the product at all

Decent
It does what it's supposed to do: Positives: charges both joy cons and pro controllers. It even chargers both pro controller 1 and 2,through a movable usb-c connector. Negatives: Charger not included, and it's quite picky with chargers. Only one I had that worked was the official switch 1 charger. Even higher rated ones failed to charge. Can't be charged by connecting it to the switch 2 usb port, it needs a dedicated power socket. No off switch, so the annoying leds are always on. (you can switch off the extra cosmetic leds, luckily). All in all, does what it needs to do, but not as good or flexible as the one I had for switch 2. It is one of the very few chargers that charges both joycons as well as both pro controllers.

Doesn't function straight out of the box.
Same as the other users' reviews I just saw, my charger does not function in any way. When plugged in all I get is red blinking lights, plugging any type of controller in does nothing. Switching the cables does nothing, switching the charging block does nothing, attaching it directly to my Switch 2 does nothing. Furthermore there is no troubleshooting information in the manual, nor am I able to find any on the Nacon website, so I can't even see what kind of fault the red blinking lights are, other than coming to the conclusion it's just not working.

Another faulty Nacon Quadpro RGB Charger
I would like to second the review above. This charger unfortunately just doesn’t work. I recorded a video of what happens when I plug in the charger using the official USB-C cable that came with my Switch 2 PRO controller (see link below). FYI: I’ve used three different USB-C cables besides the official Nintendo one in this video but after the intitial ”blue lightup” the red blinking lights at the front of this "Nacon Quadpro RGB Charger" persists. I can say with certainty that the problem is on the charger side and nothing else. This is my first experience of Nacon products, I’ll be sure to look elsewhere in the future. https://youtu.be/6xypylFwG6E
