FANtastic
Bought a week ago, and just in time. This fan oscillates at 3 different arcs with many different airflow speeds. It does cool, but the main effect is a wonderful breeze right where you want it. The size was bigger than we had imagined, but extremely pleased we bought. It’s a cinch to hear the TV; very little noise can be heard from this fan. It’s been well over 30 indoors and without this fan we’d have struggled.

Great for hot weather
Great fan, lovely in the hit weather. Seems to cool the air too. Much cheaper than the Dyson equivalent.

Very pleased with Bush fan.
Very pleased with this Bush Tower fan. Excellent quality and with the remote control, easy to use. Heavy base and stable, so it's not easy to knock over making it a good choice if you have children.

"Cool" mode is terrible
I got this for its "cool" function in advance of the next heatwave, as it was the only product in stock with a cooling function. I tested it after buying and have to agree with some of the previous reviews - the cooling function does not cool - it's a low level fan, which despite having 12 settings with 12 being the highest does not offer much in terms of power of the fan and just blows the air around without cooling it at all. It's basically a very inefficient fan. Hoping it will be better as a heater in winter...

Great buy
I bought this following the recent heatwave and haven't yet had the chance to test it in really hot weather, but it seems to do everything it claims to do. The air flow is excellent, it is quiet even at high speed, and it was easy to set up. It also looks good.

Good buy
Wasn't exactly as I thought as it didn't have air conditioning but that was my mistake. Good fan though and will be a very useful heater in the winter

To the guy who said hold the moon button down for 3 seconds to turn the light off thank you what a life saver this product is now a 5 out of 5 for me considering it was 160 pound and has heater, purify and fan, looks good, oscillates and has several different modes.
yes you can turn off the blue light or yellow light. to do this hold down the moon shaped icon on top of the fan for 3 seconds. this moon shaped button is not on the remote so you can only turn the light on or off at the top of the fan. remember hold for 3 seconds as mentioned in the manual. one the light is off you can go to the fan setting mode you want. its not often you want to turn the light on or off so the button being only being available on top of the fan is not a problem for me.
Hello, I can advise that the LED light cannot be turned down on this Bush Black Bladeless Cool, Purify & Heat Tower Fan. Thank you for using Bush Q & A.

Yes I have found this too.
Change the speed and the noise stops. If I cough or sneeze near the machine it usually sets off the whistle and this is the only remedy I have found to work
