Very good laptop very easy to use. I don’t use this 1 no more as I upgraded to a Asus i9 instead. But very little difference between them. Would highly recommend as a slightly cheaper alternative to a i9 processor

Great laptop but One Drive hard sell is annoying.
New laptop to replace my previous ASUS which was 9 years old and the Windows 10 was about to be unsupported. Happy with Windows 11 and the speed of this new machine. One gripe - I didn't ask for One Drive and didn't appreciate that it was the default storage place. This laptop has a 1Tb storage capacity and I use an external hard drive as backup so the hard sell for additional storage on One Drive wad frustrating and annoying. I've since paused it's use and may well uninstall it if it tries to rear its face again! However overall I'm a happy customer and am pleased with this new laptop.

This product has 1x DDR4 SO-DIMM slot. Currently this has a 8Gb card. This can be upgraded to 16GB. Giving a total max of 24GB.

This does come with a single user 365 subscription. This will give you the basic package from Microsoft 365 1 device 1 user. Work, Excel and Powerpoint are included in said package, please research what else is included in Microsoft 365's subscription.
