About this product
You're setting up your home gym, and space is tight. This Marcy rowing machine folds away neatly when you're done. It's got 8 magnetic resistance levels you can adjust as you train. The belt-driven system keeps things quiet while you row. An LCD console displays your time, stroke count, and total strokes.
The aluminium rail lets you glide smoothly with every stroke. Pivoting foot pedals with Velcro straps keep your feet comfortable and secure. You'll be supported up to 110 kg on the sturdy frame. Transportation wheels let you move it between rooms easily. It folds 90 degrees for compact storage when not in use.

Sturdy piece of kit…
I originally bought a rower £200 cheaper than this one, I had to return it because it didn’t feel strong enough for what I wanted it for. This machine is a great addition to my small home gym, it’s compact when folded & very sturdy when in use, digital screen is very easy to use to. Worth paying just a little bit extra

Not bad for the price
I bought this to replace my bigger but older rower. On the plus side, it is much smaller, especially given that it folds up. It also makes a lot less noise. The display is easy to see, although you can never be sure how accurate these things are. You also don't need to be Albert Einstein to assemble it. On the downside, it could do with more resistance. You can still get a decent cardio workout if you push yourself but I don't think it builds up your strength as much as my previous rower. The pedals are also a bit clunky and squeaky but the noise is nothing compared to my last machine. The velcro footsteps are OK. Not bad for the price.

hi the rowing machine was easy to assembly the wheels maky it easy to move once you have finished using it, would have like a bit more resistance on top setting otherwise it gives a good work out.

Easy to use
The rower is easy to put together and easy to use. I would say the screen could be a little larger and like someone else advised the screen tends to slip down even though it has been tightened up well. A little annoying but we just put something under it to stop it falling. Otherwise we are please with the purchase. One star off for screen problem.

Easy to use

Fabulous value and quick delivery
Expecting delivery within 10 days it arrived after 3days. Easy to set up, no complications. Oversized screen, however limited to four numerals total on the display. Excellent choice of home equipment during the lockdown for all ages.

Looks a bit gaudy for my taste but overall great
Parts and instructions were clearly laid out and all the required tools included. Took about 40 mins to put together including unpacking and checking everything. Seems sturdy so far in early use. All the features work well as described. I find my phone sometimes falls off the phone/tablet 'shelf' in vigorous use so I've added a loop of elastic to solve that.

Works well both my wife and son use it . Could do with biger wheels as not that easy to move on deep carpet . Other then that very happy with it .

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Marcy RE1016 Azure Folding Magnetic Rowing Machine: ''This Rower has got 8 magnetic resistance levels, and it depends on the person how they deal with it. We only deal with Marcy products, and we cannot give any further comparing information regarding R301 DIAMOND as we do not sell them.''

The Marcy Azure Rowing Machine should be usable by someone who is 6 ft 4 inches tall as this machine doesn't have a maximum height stated. It does have a maximum user weight of 110kg (17st 5lb).

Hi Fleur, thank you for your enquiry. Unfortunately, this rowing machine doesn't display distance. We'd recommend the Marcy Classic R800 Rowing Machine, this is the next model up and does display distance. Hope this helps.
