About this product
This ottoman bed keeps spare bedding, blankets and out-of-season clothes tucked away beneath your mattress. It opens from the end using a smooth hydraulic lift that supports mattresses up to 60kg, so you can reach stored items without lifting or straining. A dust sheet inside protects your belongings from marks and debris. The upholstered frame is covered in velvet fabric, and the curved headboard and footboard have button detailing and thick padding that feels soft to lean against. Solid wooden feet keep the structure stable.
The base features sprung wooden slats that work with your mattress to maintain support over time. Storage space inside runs 34cm deep and stretches the full width of the bed, enough for bulky items like folded duvets or suitcases. The headboard arrives with all brackets and fixings for quick attachment. Assembly required, two people recommended for ease. One year manufacturer's guarantee provided.

Build your own bed!
Ordered from Argos and advised that it would be up to a 4 week wait direct from the manufacturer and that we would be contacted to arrange a delivery date. No email came and after checking everyday one suddenly pops up to say item out for delivery. That day. No warning. So bed arrives…in 3 boxes. This is a SELF ASSEMBLY BED! You have to make up the divan base as well as the ottoman frame. After watching the YT video which was via a QR code on the box we decided to return it without even opening. I wish this had been explained in the description before purchasing. If you are considering buying this bed please look up the name on YT before hand! Also be aware that it has a fabric sheet for an inner base so no weight can be placed inside (we had intended to use the storage for the little ones toys!).

Comfy mattress
I have had this matress a few months now and find it very comfortable. The matress material is very luxurious looking and the topper is an extra bonus. I did find it had a smell to it for a good month but nothing horrible . The smell has now gone . This is not as firm as I had expected but it is very comfy & cosy . This is a very thick mattress so you need deep sheets and mattress protectors. I love my new mattress 😍

Fabulously comfy
I've had this mattress for a few weeks now and find it really soft yet supportive at the same time. I havn't overheated during the recent heatwave and have been sleeping well despite recent hip surgery. Well worth the money.

Otterman bed
the buying was good, the delivery was just the driver, way to heavy for one person, impossible for one person to carry upstairs, had to leave it in living room and hallway, now I have to find somebody to get it upstairs. Boxes battered, slight cut in the fabric where the screw of the foot had cut into the fabric, hopefully I can repair with fabric glue, not assembled yet, as it still downstairs.

Brilliant super king bed!
I bought this bed recently due to having a baby in March. We needed to get a bigger bed so my partner, myself, our three year old boy and our baby could all fit onto it when spending time together. Beautiful bed, very well made!
