Bought this to restrict my dogs I have two small Yorkshire terriers but they managed to break bits of the top and it collapsed easily. My husband ended up making one.

This fence opens to a maximum of 150cm with a height of 102cm. I am sorry but it would not be able to open up further to lower the height to 3 foot.
