Terrible handle
Bought and used for 1 trip and the pull out handle broke. We weren’t at all rough with it as we saw the other reviews say the same thing, but it still broke. The actual case is quite sturdy though, just a shame about the handle.

Very good practical suitcase with decent wheels.
We were delighted that Argos could deliver this suitcase at short notice to a hotel where we were staying, as the suitcase we had brought from home was damaged en route. We specified a pre-10am delivery the next morning and it all worked ok. It is a good practical design if you have quite a lot to carry, with pretty good wheels.

I purchased this suitcase in an emergency to travel back to the US. If it was $10 then maybe a good but but not for what I paid. Do yourself a favor and buy one from a charity shop!

Very flimsy
The handle broke on first use and therefore I took it back for a refund. I realise that it was a relatively cheap suitcase, but was expecting it to last a lot longer than it did.

Beware - Not fit for purchase
I bought this in a rush as needed a larger suitcase and when delivered I did feel it was flimsy and the handle and parts did not feel that strong. Unfortunately the pull up handle broke after two days of use and was stuck in an up and wonky position. I was able to unscrew it, take it apart and attempt to mend it but the same thing happened. I was left with no other option but to dispose of it whilst abroad and buy another. I took photo and video evidence as could not return the faulty item to argos but they are still saying that they cannot refund me as I do not have the item to return. I would therefore advise anyone to avoid buying this suitcase if you intend to use it as a suitcase as it is not fit for purpose.

It wont be suitable for cabin because maximum height allowed is 40 and this is 69 cm, max width allowed 25 and this is 43. It would be fine for hold but not cabin
