About this product
The Norah Teen High Sleeper Bed Frame gives you a proper sleeping spot, a desk for homework, and storage for clothes and bits, all stacked up in one smart footprint. It's built for teenage bedrooms where every square cms counts. There's a single bed up top with wooden slats that support the mattress, a fixed ladder to climb up, and a safety rail that's 34cm high to keep things secure at night. Underneath, there's a built-in desk, a clothes rail for hanging things, and shelving for books, kit or whatever needs a home. The white and oak finish keeps it looking fresh and modern.
The frame needs fixing to the wall, that's really important for stability and safety, especially with a raised bed. It's suitable for ages six and over, with a maximum user weight of 60kg per bunk, though it's safety tested to 100kg for adult use. The desk sits at a comfortable height for working, and there's plenty of space underneath so you're not banging your head. Wooden slats are included, you'll just need a mattress that's 16cm deep or less for safety. Self-assembly required, two people recommended, and all fixings are provided.

Great bed!
Great bed doll for my 12yr old. He has turned the space below into a gaming station. Took a while to put up but well worth it.

Great-looking bed
Looks fabulous in my son’s room! Has given him so much more space. We paid ‘flat pack Heroes’ to set it up and they didn’t seem to have any issues. Looks really great. Only thing I’d change is that it was wrapped in polystyrene.

Great design and quality
Really lovely bed. Solid, good quality and clear instructions. Cleverly designed to ensure maximum space. Even the most tricky part of the construction is well considered and the Allen key comes with a screwdriver head to ensure you can tighten the tricky parts. My only slight disappointment was that one corner of one part was damaged in transit slightly, and unfortunately this was the one part visible of the back headboard.

Fantastic dream high bed
I bought this for my kids to make more personalised space for them and beds are really excelwnt quality. All part fits perfectly and it is not too difficult to assemble but need to do it two person. My kids absolutely love it

Sturdy and looks high quality.
This bed is very good quality and sturdy when built. Took two of us about 5.5hrs to build a few of the directions could be confusing when it comes to which way round some parts went so we had to undo one or two but generally easy to read instructions and the parts went together well. It is a high sleeper so is high but that gives plenty of space for the wardrobe and desk underneath. My 10 year old daughter is very happy with it.

It's far too high
I wish I hadn't bought this. Major regrets. It's ridiculously high so we can no longer see our little girl when she's in bed. Luckily the ceiling is quite high but if it was regular height I don't think she would even be able to sit up in bed.

Great bed for tween
The product is a great modern bed for our tween daughter and all in all very sturdy. Unfortunately one of the supports for the steps didn’t fit when putting the bed together which means the step can’t be used until we have a replacement as it’s unsafe. We’ve contacted the spare parts team and customer services to try and get a replacement for the part but they’ve said these were out of stock and initially offered to replace the bed all together. For context the bed, wardrobe and desk took 5 hours to build, so not ideal to do this all again for one step support. We said we’d wait for the part to come in and have since been told the part may not come back at all and the bed is now completely out of stock. Such a shame because other than this step, the bed is very good, but don’t want to keep a £480 product with already faulty parts. More disappointed in the customer service than the product itself!

It looks lovely now it’s finally up but took 6 hours with two people and there is a scratch on the desk; one of the metal fixings broke and they don’t give you any spares; the instructions are best extensive and fairly complex and despite following everything exactly we have ended up with two holes where screws should be but no spare screws.

Space Saver
Needed a high sleeper bed for a box bedroom. Must have wardrobe & desk, allow the bedroom door to open, and let light in through the window. Luckily, this bed ticked all the boxes. The material is a reasonable quality in itself, and of a high quality for the price. All parts were included in 4 flat-pack boxes. Assembly took 9 hours approx. I would have preferred for the wardrobe & shelves to have a back board, so that it would only be open from under the bed, rather than from both sides. Some of the assembly instructions could be slightly clearer.
