Purchased for camping, very comfortable bed, blows up in seconds via inbuilt electric pump and deflated in seconds to pack away. Downside deflates very slowly during use and needs pumping up every 3 hours during use. This causes issues if like myself with impaired mobility cannot stand up from a bed that is soft or low down plus it disturbs your nights sleep

This is a bed, not just a mattress, so it will be larger than the equivalent size of mattress, closer to the size that a bed’s frame would be. It's got a sort of raised lip round the edge and the functioning "mattress" area would be the flatter bit within.
(Also, in the UK, a queen size bed is close in size to a small double. A US queen size is about the same size as a UK king size).
As it's external, full size is closer to a UK king size, were you to use a fitted sheet on it, you would need one that's a king size too but which can accomodate this bed's thickness of 42cm.
