Great soundbar
Soundbar itself is great and sound quality is amazing. I didn't realise that it does not come with all the necessary cables needed, only mains plug. So i needed to get relevant cable on the top of the purchase. Also for warranty there is only number to call and phone recognises it as spam number so I didn't call.

Excellent soundbar for clearer speech!
I bought this soundbar for my elderly parents whose hearing loss means they struggle to understand speech on television programmes. I had tried several other speaker solutions but they didn't improve the sound quality enough to help. This soundbar worked perfectly for the job! It was easy for me to set up and it's easy for them to use, especially because it's able to receive the volume control signal from their TV remote control (even though it's a Sony!) and so it works seamlessly for them. I've seen some reviews say that it's not much of an improvement over TV speakers, and that's not true. I think it depends very much what you're looking for. If you're looking for loud, booming bass, or hi-fi quality music, this probably isn't right for you. In fact if you want hi-fi quality sound I think you need to get a proper amp and speakers, not a soundbar. But if you need to improve your TV sound quality for just watching TV, especially for hearing people talking, this will do a great job.

Disappointing
Really difficult to get this set up to work and sound good with the LG TV I bought at the same time. Sound out of sync, echo when using together with TV speaker took me a week to find a setting that worked reasonably well. Volume isn't very powerful either, and bass boost function is barely noticeable.

"This will rely on the type of Bluetooth hearing aids, the soundbar is a receiver so something has to connect to it, it can't decide and choose what it connects to. The other device has to be able to pick the soundbar to connect to, so that is what I mean by it depends on the hearing aids whether it can do this or not."

The LG SQM1 2Ch All-In-One Soundbar does have Bluetooth that can be used by Bluetooth enabled devices like Smartphones, MP3 for streaming your music. You will not be able to use the Bluetooth function with your wireless headphones.
