About this product
Sheer beauty. Our taupe voile panel gives your window that lightly dressed look. Just slip this onto a curtain pole and voile-la. You have privacy but not darkness, and you have a fresh modern style statement. Made from cotton and polyester it's easy to keep pristine. Simply pop in the wash and hang straight back up while still damp. Creases, what creases?
Why stop at one colour? Mix one voile panel with another in a different shade. It's a clever way to add depth and character while keeping things light.

Excellent design for my needs. Cannot normally in that space put up curtains. This design was perfect for it.

Taupe Voioe Curtains
I thought these were really lovely, and I loved the cappuccino colour, but in the end I returned them for something thicker for more privacy. Really wanted to keep them but where we live is quite overlooked.

Great looking curtain
Bought this for some extra privacy in a room that’s overlooked by a lot of neighbours and it does the trick nicely - gives a nice soft light in the room without being too dark, and it’s really easy to put up.

Perfect
Perfect and exactly what I wanted. Works great with the curtain pole I bought. They are sheer and perfect for adding an extra layer to my windows. Easy to tie up onto a curtain pole and great length. The taupe is a lovely deep colour that brings warmth to the room.

Hi there,
I can confirm one Habitat Plain Voile Curtain Panel is supplied.
Thanks for using Q&A
There is NO HEADER TAPE, like you see on traditional curtains, on this voile panel, so the Argos write up regarding a 2 inch header tape, and Argos answer above are INCORRECT! The voile panel has ties at the top edge to tie it onto a metal or wooden curtain pole, as CLEARLY SHOWN IN THE PHOTOS! It would NOT be suitable for use on a curtain rail that requires hooks to be put through loops on a header tape. Hope this info helps. Argos perhaps you can correct the write up and reply?
Hi Finsgranny,
The header tape allows you to gather and pleat the Plain Voile Curtain Panel - White - 152X229cm evenly across the curtain pole. When you hang the panel, it ensures a neat and uniform appearance.
Thank you for using Q&A

Hi Laura,
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Habitat Plain Voile Curtain Panel - Taupe: The tie width is 1cm and distance approximate 17.5cm.
Hope this helps.
Thank you for using Q & A
Voile is a thin, light, fabric, that is semi-opaque and semi-see through. Voile is meant to be used a bit like a net curtain, to give some privacy during daylight, reduces the light glare, or used as a window dressing. But voile is NOT an actual curtain as it is too thin. It will not keep heat in or provide privacy at night when lights are on. NB the write up is inaccurate, as the voile panel has ties to tie around a pole, as the photos clearly show, but NO tape header for use on a curtain rail.
Hello Anonymous,
Yes you can see through voile curtains at night. When lights are on in your home and it is dark outside, a sheer curtain such as a voile offers little privacy.
Thank you for using Q&A.
