Ring tones are too high pitched
Bought this phone for my mother for the large buttons and the loud ring!!!! However as you cannot hear the ringtones until you plug it in, none of the tones for my partially hearing Mother could hear even on the loudest setting, the pitch or the rings were to high and shrilly (if such a word) for her to hear. I had to plug her original phone back in. This phone is now back in its box, in case I ever need to change my phone.

Good sound quality, nice audible ringtone, 3m cable aids flexibility of use. 1571 flashing light feature is a handy reminder to check messages. Happy with this purchase. I don't know what's meant by "connectivity", this isn't a smartphone or computer, but it connects me to the person I want to speak to and that was the reason for buying it.

When you sign up to having a Landline where you live, your network provider will issue you a phone number. Then when people call you on that number, this phone will ring (once installed and set up).
