Super-easy to set up and use
I have bought three of these phones now. Unfortunately my elderly mother knocks them about. The phone is easy to set up (for me) and easy to use for my mother.

Excellent features
Had to purchase a new phone due to change to digital voice. This phone fitted all of my requirements regarding security and blocking nuisance and scam callers. By setting it on "do not disturb" and inputting all the VIP contacts that we would want to call us allows myself and my wife to rest assured that when it rings it'll be someone we want to speak to. With big buttons it's easy to use for us old codgers, and once all your contacts are added (VIP and others) selecting them is simple by scrolling through the list. Colour and style also fits in with our decor.

It is a big button phone, but not obviously so and better for someone with poor hearing but normal sight. Amplification isn't brilliant, but enough for me.
