UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS POLICY
We purchased this phone online after seeing a Google Pixel 8 Pro in a Google listing from Argos. I collected the phone from Sainsburys/Argos Warlingham Surrey but when we opened the box, we realised that the phone was in fact the smaller Pixel 8a. Having realised our mistake we returned to Argos 2 days later with all proofs of purchase and told them of the error but were amazed to be told that they would not accept the phone back for a refund as, 'we had broken the security tags'. These 'tags' were two miniscule pieces of thin unmarked paper which we thought were simply seals to hold the box together. Having been point blank refused a refund for a phone that we had ordered in error due to a confusing listing we had no option than to sell it resulting in a considerable financial loss. So, there's a sobering lesson - don't buy from Argos - we won't again

Really pleased with this phone. Swapped across from Samsung A12. So totally different to use. It's a bit like my iPad to use. Swapping data is best to use by the leading the pixel box. Does not take a extra scan disc to improve storage. 128 g is plenty for me, as I don't play games. I am 74 and can work it ok. You have to play with your phone to learn it. So conclusion is really pleased I got it. Thank you Argos
