About this product
Double Oven so you can cook two different dishes at once. Catalytic cleaning system for extra-thorough results. Check on the progress of your dish using the timer display. It gives you an at-a-glance overview of the status of the cooking process. The clever Hot Air convection system ensures hot air circulates evenly throughout the oven cavity, for a cooking process that is faster, and more energy efficient. An efficient way to grill, toast, crisp or brown.
Effortlessly cook two meals at once. With the Double Oven you have the choice of fan cooking, conventional cooking and grilling. Giving you two separate areas where you can choose to bake or roast two dishes at the same time.
The Catalytic self-cleaning system, enables you to clean your oven perfectly. The heat-activated coating on the walls thins grease, before the oven burns it off.
With this oven, using energy efficiently also means cooking efficiently. It has a new convection system called Hot Air, which ensures hot air circulates evenly throughout the oven cavity. The result is that the oven heats up faster and cooking temperatures can be reduced by up to 20%, saving you both time and energy.

AEG Double oven
I've only been using the oven for a few weeks, but so far, no complaints. It gets to temperature really quickly. Everything is easy to use and understand. Plenty of space in top and bottom ovens and ample shelving supplied. It's well put together and feels like it's going to last many years, hopefully that will be the case.

BASIC TIMER Functionality
The oven looks great but the settings on the dial are poor. You can't set a start and finish time for the main oven despite what it says on the models manual. You can set the main oven to stop once it's on. But you can't set the minute timer as well. It's one or the other. If I'd known this I wouldn't have bought this oven.

Double oven
Having replaced our 16 yr old AEG double oven which was still working hopefully the replacement will serve us as the same trouble free

Small shelves
Overall, I really like this oven and the functions. I am unclear why the oven shelves aren't deep enough to fit the oven so slide back (or forward). One set will fit the glides but the others are too small. I am also unclear why there isn't a handle for the grill pan

Cooker
Needed a replacement cooker, this does the job and more. Very happy with this so far

Great oven, instruction manual lacks detail
This built-under oven heats fast, and self-cleans well. The control knobs take a bit of getting used to as they wobble on the end of their stems - but this is not an issue. The only criticism we have is that documentation of the oven functions is lacking - so it took us a while to understand how best to use the oven.

Great product
Good quality, cooks evenly, would like to have seen a fan function in the top oven.

Disappointing so far
Am still adjusting to the difference between my much loved gas dual fuel double oven and this. Due to an unfortunate accident, we had to source, purchase and install a new oven some ten days before Christmas. I had heard good things about AEG, so went with this. The biggest disappointment is the grill: it is spectacularly slow, the need to keep the door closed renders it highly impractical for something that should be quick, like toast and having another grill in the bottom oven when it is set under a counter is quite silly. I am far too old to be on my hands and knees every 30 seconds to check on toast, although at the speed that it works at, perhaps every few minutes would do? I have not yet baked so may well add a comment when I have tried this function. My practice run was actually the Christmas turkey and I was at best semi impressed; it wasn’t ideal to have to try it out in these circumstances but that wasn’t anybody’s fault, just a tad stressful. I haven’t been able to find a way to set the timer function that flicks back to the clock while in use: that is an irritant as I did actually use the clock as a clock and it was no trouble to press the knob to get a timer reading. I do like the almost equal size of the two ovens but in most other respects I am desperately missing my gas oven and its amazingly speedy grill, which I could check on so easily. I have given up trying to toast bread and am using my electric toaster; at least I’m not having to don oven gloves and open everything up every few seconds. Overall, I feel as if I have gone back in time, not bought an up to date oven with improved features since my last oven was purchased ten years ago.

Best in Class
This is our 3rd Built under oven and is proving to be the best by far. The two ovens are of adequate size for our needs, retired couple. The ovens work well and the controls are easy to see for the various settings and in particular the temperature settings. Some makes oven are deficient in this respect. Its a joy to see through the oven door glass, to see your food cooking. The turbo grill setting is fast and efficient with the oven door closed.

Excellent All Round
I went for AEG ultimately for quality and I wasn't disappointed! Excellent build quality and very stylish. Better still, it performs better than any other oven I have owned over the past 45 years!

Hello Mike
AEG DUB331110M Built Under Double Electric Oven - S/Steel
The AEG DUB331110M Built Under Double Electric Oven does not have feet. It is designed to be installed underneath a worktop, which means it does not require feet for stability.
Thank you for using Q&A.
Hello Sue,
Re: AEG DUB331110M Built Under Double Electric Oven - S/Steel
After checking with the user manual I can advise the following:
Yes, using the clock feature you are able to set how long the oven works for. This function only works for the main oven.
I hope this helps.
Thank you for using Q & A.
The Minute Timer is a general countdown timer that does not control the oven—it’s just an alert.
The Oven Time Duration (or cooking time) is meant to control the oven’s operation, i.e., turn it off after the set time.
On some AEG models, activating the Minute Timer while the Oven Duration is already set can interfere with or override the oven’s programmed cooking time. This is likely due to how the control panel prioritizes timer functions.
Avoid using the Minute Timer when you’ve already set the Oven Duration.
Set the Oven Duration first, and use a separate kitchen timer or phone for reminders if needed.
Reset the oven (turn off power for a few minutes) if the timers seem stuck or behave erratically.
Check for firmware updates
The manual mentions a Time Delay feature, but this model doesn’t support it.
AEG uses generic manuals across models, so some features listed may not apply.
You can only set Duration and End Time, not a delayed start.
The AEG DUB331110M built-under double oven does include some accessories, such as:
1 dripping pan (black enamel)
1 trivet (chromed)
2 wire shelves (chromed)
However, the official product details and manuals do not mention any installation or fitting brackets being included. Typically, built-under ovens require separate installation kits or brackets depending on your kitchen setup, and these are often sold separately.
Depth Without Protuberances
The depth of the oven without any protrusions (such as the electrical box or handle) is 568 mm. This is the measurement you’d use when planning cabinetry or fitting the oven flush into a unit.
🧱 Installation & Brackets
The oven is designed to be built-in, and it does not sit on brackets. Instead, it is installed directly into a cabinet cavity. The manual specifies that the oven should be securely fixed into the cabinet using screws through the side mounting holes once it's slid into place. These screws and mounting instructions are typically included with the oven.
Yes, the AEG DUB331110M built-under double oven can be installed with a gas hob above, but there are important installation requirements and safety clearances that must be followed:
Key Considerations:
Ventilation and Heat Clearance:
The oven must have adequate ventilation space around it to prevent overheating.
A minimum clearance is required between the top of the oven and the base of the hob. This is typically at least 5 mm, but you should check the hob’s manual for its specific clearance requirements.
Support and Stability:
The gas hob must be installed on a suitable worktop that can support both the hob and the oven below.
The oven must be securely fixed in a cabinet that can bear its weight and allow for proper airflow.
Gas and Electrical Safety:
The gas hob installation must comply with Gas Safe regulations in the UK.
The oven is electric and requires a hardwired electrical connection (total power: 5300 W), so a qualified electrician should handle the installation.
Manufacturer Guidance:
AEG does not explicitly prohibit installing a gas hob above this model, and this configuration is common in UK kitchens.
However, always consult both the oven and hob manuals to ensure compatibility and compliance with safety standards.
