The Bush BETAW50B Electric Cooker is a practical freestanding choice for families needing plenty of oven space without dominating the kitchen. The main conventional oven fits a whole roast chicken or large lasagne, with an adjustable shelf and interior light to monitor progress without losing heat. The separate grill cavity handles everything from bacon to cheese on toast and includes a grill tray and handle. The 4-zone solid plate hob has 2 small and 2 large zones, offering flexibility for simmering a small saucepan or heating a family-sized stockpot.
Front-mounted controls keep adjustments simple, and the double-glazed oven door window retains heat while letting you check progress. Both cavities have removable inner glass doors for easier cleaning, and the easy-clean enamel lining means spills wipe away without scrubbing. The main oven opens on a left-side hinge, keeping the door out of your way when loading trays or checking roast timings. With 4 cooking functions across the double oven, you can roast, grill and bake with confidence. Nice looking cooker, the capacity of the oven is suitable for the 3 of us in my house. Very easy to clean. Easy to install. The light in the oven is bright enough so we can see the food cooking. Pre heating does not take that long. Come with a a A4 size instruction book, which tells you you about the controls and how to remove the glass from the door when you need to clean it. All in all a good cooker.

Have had this almost a month now and have had no issues. Easy to use. Simple to keep clean. Looks stylish. A smaller oven width wise than my last one but fits a roast in quite happily. Delivery men were brilliant as well and kept me informed about when they would be here.

Just bought this cooker. Its confusing isnt it because the guide is ambiguous. The Argos web page says the grill is combined with the top oven, and says the whole thing is a double oven. The instructions dont say that the grill door needs to stay open when grilling. In fact, it says the oven door should be closed to stop the knobs from over heating, and the top ovengrill is more likely to overheat them. So to me is sounds like you can use the top cavity like an oven that only heats from above.
