Overall happy with the dyer and function . Quiet and good dying times the drum is a great size but one thing that is annoying is where the filter is , and how you have to clean it out not in a practical place inside at the back of the drum

Great purchase

Poor design
It is now March, I purchased this dryer in October and I have just replaced it. The filter is right at the back of the drum so you have to get on your hands and knees to take it out to clean. No good to me as I am into my 70's and disabled. Worst possible design ever.

Filter placement is bad
I just wanted a straightforward, easy to use machine which this is. I have used this a few times now. Capacity is fine, I had a small tumble dryer before, so this is useful to get the superking duvet cover dry. It does take longer to dry than my old one did, not sure what that means for the environment, so maybe not so efficient after all. Not overly noisy. My bugbear is the situation of the vent filter thing, at the back of the drum. Which person (who presumably does not use a dryer) thought of that?!? The instructions say it must be cleaned off every single time you use the dryer, so I am on my hands and knees to reach the back of the drum. It also means that I can’t stack my dryer on top of my washing machine because then I would need a place to put my kitchen steps so that I could reach the back of the drum! If you have knee or hip problems, this is not the machine for you in my opinion.

Poor design
Two weeks after I bought the machine I had to call for an engineer through the cover plan, as it began to make noises. Cleaning the lint filter is quite difficult, its in the back of the drum and has to be pulled out then split to remove the lint and dust filter to clean. This could be difficult for someone with an disability
