First machine arrived damaged, Argos arranged a return straight away, second machine arrived without the screws that hold the door on! Hoover sent engineer out but he didn't have the correct size screws. Waited two weeks for Hoover to send replacement screws in post, lost patience with them and asked for an uplift number. Went with Hotpoint.

Had my old washing machine for about 15 years and unfortunately it stopped working, so it was time to buy a new washing machine. Saw this Hoover washing machine in Argos and the budget was right, it’s very quiet and easy to used my old one was Hoover as well so it was easy to for me to use. My old washing machine was very loud but this one is very quiet excellent.

Manageable
I used to wash my duvet in my 8kg drum size washer i had for many years. I bought this 10kg drum size few weeks ago hoping to have even more space in the drum to carry on washing my duvet at home but unfortunately the drum size seems smaller than the size of my old 8kg washer as the duvet wouldn't fit in the drum. Other than that it's ok, just makes an awkward noise at the start of spins then goes back to usual noise.

For most of the cycles on this, the machine senses the weight of load and adjusts the cycle time so we cannot confirm of exactly how long all the individual cycles will take. If the right weight is put inside it, it shouldn't then take 3 hours but we cannot guarantee this to be so.
However, it does have some shorter, timed cycles, a "RAPID CARE" (14'/30'/44') and also an "ALL IN ONE" that runs 59 minutes.
