Compact, quick and great accessibility features.
This is my first time I’ve ever used a Mac, as I’ve always been a Windows PC user. My main reason for switching was that my Windows 10 mini PC is no longer supported, and also because I am registered blind and already heavily invested in the Apple ecosystem with an iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch. Although I’m still getting used to macOS, I’ve found the Mac mini extremely easy to control, as well as the sighted members of my family also have found it incredibly easy too. The layout and navigation feel very similar to iPhone and iPad, which made the transition much smoother than I expected. Everything feels fast, responsive, and easy to find. The accessibility features are the main reason I moved to Apple, and they are excellent. macOS offers very strong accessibility options, which makes daily use much more comfortable and manageable for me. The size of the Mac mini is brilliant, especially if you’re limited on desk space. It’s small, neat, and powerful for its size. I did also purchase a USB-C 10 port hub, that has a variety of 3.2 and 3.0 USB-C/USB-A ports. Because the Mac mini doesn’t have any USB-A ports and I wanted to keep using my existing keyboard and mouse without buying new ones. In terms of ports, the mac Mini has three Thunderbolt ports, HDMI, Ethernet on the back, and two USB-C ports plus a 3.5mm headphone jack on the front. In The box of the mac Mini, you only receive the mac Mini and the power cable. Overall, I’m very happy with the Mac mini. The only negativity I personally would say is the power button placement. It’s located underneath, which seems like an odd design choice, as you have to slightly lift the Mac to turn it on. Despite that, it’s a fantastic device.

A great desktop computer
A great piece of kit, just a shame about the price drop! I bought the Apple Mac Min and am really pleased with it, as I knew I would be. It's ell designed, works straight out of the box and is fast, having the M4 chip. The only disappointment was that the price dropped by £100 just over 24 hours after I had bought it.

It is possible to use a USB keyboard and mouse with Apple Mac computers. Apple suggest checking the Keyboard Website beforehand to make sure the Keyboard software from the manufacturer is available and Monterey / Apple Silicon compatible.
