I suddenly had to drive my dad's 23 year old Fiesta all over the place. With only a working radio and a cigarette lighter, this adds the ability to stream my entire music collection, use voice guided sat nav and at a pinch receive hands free voice calls, although mic quality is poor. So far seems to be working fine. Music quality is obvuiously only as good as the car stereo. Use a preset on car radio to tune to the right place with one click - and make sure bluetooth volume on phone is set to max...
