Good for the price
I needed a cheap Dect phone to trial my switch over of Broadband providers and VOIP system as my BT (VoIP) phones would no longer work with another provider. This phone works fine through an ATA adapter. Ringtone and call volume are fine, even for an oldie like me. Number display is not that clear but enough to see who’s calling. As with many of these type of phones my only gripe is that you cannot mount the base station to a wall so it has to sit on a shelf or other horizontal surface, hence it loses a star. The handset is very lightweight and consequently falls out of the cradle very easily. It was relatively easy to program although the printed instructions supplied were not that clear.

Good but prefer my old one
Bought to replace a previous 10 year old machine. It’s fine, it does what it’s suppose to do but I don’t like the screen writing- it’s elongated and not easily read. Disappointed there is no audible alert when a message has been left.

I purchased this to replace our existing BT phone, which was faulty. After setting it up, I discovered that some of the features from our previous phone were not available on the new version. The ring tones are particularly horrible, so was disappointed with it. However, after inputting fifty contacts, I decided to keep the new phone.

Bought this last month, phone ok but a bit complicated to set up ringtone etc. press menu, press mute, press scroll. Not very user friendly
