I love Bosch but ...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did know the capacity was quite a lot smaller than my existing freezer, as it is auto-defrost but the depth of the drawers is also much reduced and all the same, as well as the height of each drawer, so significantly less space and not very flexible. Not available to view in-store at JL before delivery. Bit disappointed by size, given the price. Not value for money. I have mine in the Utility Room as an overflow freezer, so I can manage with it. Fitters were brilliant, though.

A Cool Freezer!

Well built, drawers made of 'softer' plastic - not brittle like many other makes. Best thing - it uses half the electricity of our previous freezer, and no need for a de-frost as it's FROST FREE!

Excellent compact freezer

Excellent compact under counter built in freezer. Surprisingly roomy, very easy to use controls - one-touch auto fast freeze - and handy drawers. The frost-free facility is the icing (sorry!) on the cake.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's quiet, but has less storage space than our previous freezer that it has replaced. The drawers are a loose fit and wobble about when opened. Wifi is next to useless, despite the router only being 3m away. The freezer does the job but slightly underwelmed

Excellent in many ways - except one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The compact nature of this built under appliance is good. The fact that it is frost free is a distinct advantage. Its capacity is less than a comparably sized no frost free unit but is still workable for a couple - a family may well find that the capacity is somewhat limited. WiFi connectivity is an interesting concept; but raises the question why? Still it works and seems to reliably connect, both in and outside of the premises. The big negative, however, and is quite unforgivable Mr Bosch is that the clever 'door open too long/ low temperature alarm' alarm is hardly discernable whilst leaning down by the open door and listening hard. The freezer unit is rated at 35 dba and is admirably quiet. The alarm registers at 37/38 dba. In other words it cannot be heard. In addition there is a light to indicate the above fault, but you have to have the door open to see it. Not the best design, obviously the money was spent on the cooling unit and the internal design - which is good - the user interface is lamentably poor. It says much that the unit still gets 4 stars from me. If the positives were not so positive that rating could easily deplete.
