Avoid this coffee machine
I bought the Siemens EQ700 TQ713GB3 as a Christmas gift for my wife and myself, hoping for a premium bean‑to‑cup experience. Unfortunately, after using it for a short time, I can’t recommend it. Water Leakage Issues The biggest problem is that the machine leaks water. Siemens support can’t offer any help until 2nd January, leaving us with an expensive machine that can’t be properly used over the holiday period. For a premium appliance, that’s a disappointing start and not the level of reliability or support I expected. Coffee Making Is Easy — But Not Perfect On the positive side, the machine does make producing coffee straightforward. The interface is clear, the options are easy to follow, and it simplifies the entire brewing process. If convenience is a priority, this part is strong. Touchscreen Sensitivity Needs Improvement However, the touchscreen itself is less impressive. It often feels under‑responsive, requiring firmer or repeated presses. For a modern, high-end coffee machine, the touchscreen experience should feel smooth and intuitive — but it doesn’t quite get there. Coffee Temperature Is Disappointingly Low The biggest functional issue (after the leak) is that the drinks come out lukewarm at best. While the flavour is good, the temperature undermines the whole experience. The only advice I’ve found online is to avoid using fridge‑cold milk — which defeats the purpose of having a detachable milk container meant to be stored in the fridge. A machine at this price point should be able to heat drinks to a satisfying temperature regardless. Overall Verdict Despite a few positives, the combination of leaking, lacklustre touchscreen sensitivity, and lukewarm drinks makes it hard to recommend the Siemens EQ700 TQ713GB3. There are likely better alternatives available that deliver both reliability and the hot, satisfying coffee you’d expect from a bean‑to‑cup machine.

Could be better
The quality of the non milk based drinks is excellent, but the milk based drinks are not hot enough despite being set to maximum temperature . We have to put the drink in the microwave to heat it up.

Definitely worth it.
We brought our coffee machine 2 weeks ago, and so far we absolutely love it.. it looks very stylish and we are very impressed with all the different varieties of coffees we can chose.. the machine itself is easy to set up, and also easy to use. The one thing I will say, I like coffee hot and although the coffee is fine, i find myself putting it in the microwave to heat it to the temperature I like. Although no one else In the family has any complaints or shares this opinion. It is a great machine and it makes a great tasting coffee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing coffee machine and easy to use, the options are unbelievable, I didn't know a coffee machine could provide this many different options. You can make many types of coffee at home perfectly! you can adjust the size, strength, milk ratio etc.. It has brilliant features like saving your favourites and much more.
