Really good for wrists.
This saves my wrists from hurting when I do push ups. They are well made and very strong. Really do help. Comfy. They grip wood laminate floor and carpet really well. And could take a lot of weight I'd imagine. Really handy to have these push up hand bars.

A great piece of kit
I'm a qualified fitness instructor and have spent most of my adult life around new bits if kit, some gimmicks some really rather good. These are a great addition to your home gym or take them with you to the gym. Incredibly stable, allowing a really deep push up to be performed with confidence. It's a shame they skimped on the rubber feet as they can slip on very polished wooden floors but don't move at all on any other surface. The stacking feature is a nice touch too for storage.
