Lack of languages supported
I bought this for my mom. It had too many ads, and not all the apps I wanted. The biggest issue for me was the lack of languages supported, since my mom doesn’t speak English, I had to return.

I bought this for my mother for her 88th birthday to replace her old one. She imuses it to do puzzles, word games and also to read books on kindle. She is very pleased with it, especially the fact it is holding the charge much better than previous one. She is managing very well with the screen etc. She loves the colour too as she is partially sighted.
