I was quite skeptical about buying this battery powered vac as I’ve heard of others not being very good but I’m glad I purchased it, it’s really good. 👍 I’m amazed at how much it picks up, even a fairly clean looking floor picks up loads you can see it in the clear container.

I love it!
I purchased this hoover as i felt my current hoover was losing its suction strength. I'm always hoovering up and thought my carpets were clean, but i was amazed at the amount of dust this Shark sucked up. I really like how the lights on the foot let you know when all the dust has been hoovered up. I followed the instructions regarding letting the battery fully discharge after using for the first time, and i think the battery life is good and just as I'd expect. I also bought a spare battery so I've always got a fully charged one ready. I also really like how the hoover folds down, this makes storing it much easier for me. I'm a very tall lady and was pleasantly surprised how tall the hoover is, its a huge benefit for me, no having to stoop forward to hoover. It's very lightweight too. I'm so pleased i bought it, i got it on a promotional offer which was still expensive for me, but worth every penny.

Fairly happy
I brought this Shark vacuum cleaner when my Dyson V10 Animal broke. I’d heard positive things about Shark and it was much cheaper than getting another Dyson. We have to vacuum every day because of dog hair and allergies so need a reliable cleaner with Greg suction. As was mentioned in other reviews it is quite a heavy cleaner in comparison to other stick vacuums but suction is good and, although it’s taking some getting used to, I’m fairly happy with it. It is hard not to compare it with my last Dyson, which was brilliant, but as they now cost in excess of £600 I’m going to stick to the shark!

To charge your Shark Stratos, simply plug the charger into the handheld unit, and the battery can be charged on or off the vacuum, taking up to 3.5 hours for a full charge. It’s best to fully charge before first use, and once charged, you can enjoy up to 60 minutes of run time in ECO mode with non motorised tools.

This vacuum can take 3.5 hours to fully charge.
We can confirm that this charger is manufactured for a standard 3-pin UK outlet and extension leads.
The roller bar cannot be completely turned off on this model. We do not offer any model with a brush roll that can stop spinning entirely while it is in use. However, we do have vacuums with hard-floor settings that slow the brush roll to prevent damage to delicate carpet fabrics.

Why would a Shark expert say theres no difference between the two models, other than colour? Why would they be selling two models in that case, at different price points? That answer is incorrect!
I believe the main difference is that the T model has a motorised pet tool included, hence the higher price point.
Yes, the floorhead has LED headlights to illuminate dust as you clean.
There are three methods available for charging the battery of this unit. To charge the battery within the handheld vacuum, connect the charger to a wall outlet and then plug it into the port located under the handle. You may also activate storage mode by pressing the Flexology Wand Unlock Latch and folding the vacuum forward until the wand clicks into a locked position. Afterward, connect the charger to the charging port on the handheld vacuum. Another method involves pressing and holding the Battery Release Button to remove the battery. Once the battery is out, plug the charger into its charging port. To reinstall the battery, slide it back into the slot at the rear of the handheld vacuum until it clicks securely.
