Lamp was nice, very sturdy, a little shorter than expected, but still nice, but we returned it as the individual sections that you screwed together to make the stand were considerably different colours and did not blend.

I bought this lamp a month ago as a replacement for a similar Argos lamp. The lamp was simple enough to assemble and the base seems sturdy enough. Unfortunately, the white lamp shade has black marks all over it which do not come off when wiped. This is very unsightly so the shade will have to be replaced.

Hi, Pandora
I can advise that an incandescent bulb can be used with the Argos Home Milan Floor Lamp - Antique Brass.
The lamp we received required a B22 bayonet cap bulb and not the E27 edison screw bulb mentioned in the product description. I would recommend waiting until you have unpacked the lamp before buying a bulb.

I have looked in to this for you. It takes either a Max.60W BC bulb or LED 10W BC bulb
All light fittings must be fitted in accordance with wiring regulations from the Institute of Electrical Engineers (IEE) and current building regulations. We recommend you employ a qualified electrician and that manufacturer's fitting instructions are followed.
